We have three unique products. Our funds focus on select neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Manhattan, where our in-depth market expertise gives us a competitive advantage. There, we make strategic investments in small to large, mixed-use and multi-family, middle-market properties.
Starting in 2009, our value-add equity product has been Sugar Hill Property Funds. These closed ended funds acquire, reposition, cash flow and profitably exit middle-market properties with individual purchase prices typically above $5MM.
Starting in 2015, our rehab equity product has been the Crow Hill Fund. This open-ended equity fund acquires, rehabilitates and holds tax-efficient middle-market properties with individual purchase prices typically below $5MM.
Starting in 2016, our debt product has been Fort Amsterdam Capital Funds. These close-ended funds provide short term loans to borrowers who intend to reposition properties within our geographic region of Brooklyn and Manhattan.
