Supporting New York City's Artist Community.  Sugar Hill Capital Partners founded the Studio Program in 2013 as a social impact initiative that supports New York City’s artist community. The Studio Program converts unutilized multi-family building area into affordable art studios. This initiative provides local artists the ability to both work, live and create in their local communities. In addition, the Studio Program faciliates interaction between its members and alumni, dealers, collectors, critics and curators to gain public and critical exposure to further their career development. To bring additional exposure to its partipants, the Studio Program commissions public art murals and other multi-disciplinary design projects.  Sugar Hill Capital Partners maintains artist studios of varying sizes and configurations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, providing artists the rare opportunity to work in a professional arts community inside New York City.
